Application Cycle, Spring Build 2026 NOW OPEN!

Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity has opened their next Homeownership Program application cycle for the next Habitat home build, which is intended to begin Spring of 2026!

The homeownership program is most likely what you think of when you think Habitat – offering a hand-up instead of a hand-out, the Homeownership Program helps purchasing a home much more accessible for prospective families and homeowners that would otherwise be unable to do so. Habitat is able to keep costs low by utilizing corporate partnerships, donated materials, and generous volunteer labor to help build homes that are safe, sustainable, and more affordable than purchasing or building on the open market. 

The Spring 2026 build will be located in Menomonie, WI, along a new development on Brickyard Road. You can check out the blueprints of the 3-bedroom 2-bath twin home here: https://www.cvh4h.org/tools-data/documents/menomonie-duplex-c-8-11-23.pdf.

 

Chippewa Valley Habitat’s application cycle is open from December 1^st, 2025 until January 31^st, 2026.
All applications must be received by Saturday, January 31^st, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
