Empower Homeownership
Guiding Families Toward Homeownership
Chippewa Valley Habitat provides the tools to empower hardworking individuals and families who are working towards their dream of owning a safe and affordable home. Our programs reduce housing costs so families can afford the necessities – food, clothing, medical care, transportation and education, while being able to afford a mortgage.
We have programs that:
- Make lower interest rate possible
- Keep monthly payments low
- Allow planning for family security and saving for the future
- Teach families budgeting skills, and provide tools to buy, maintain and retain their home long term
- Change the lives of families in our community
