For 36 years, Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity has supported local families by securing buildable lots in and around Altoona, Eau Claire, and Menomonie. Thanks to generous community donations, we’re able to build safe, affordable homes on these parcels and help more neighbors achieve stability through homeownership.

Elevating Our Community for 36 years and beyond... In Celebration for our 36 years, we have 3 levels of Donation to choose from. Simply pick your donation level! Your donation is not given to a person. In fact, nothing is handed to a Chippewa Valley Habitat partner family other than the tools and resources to be successful. With a 0% interest housing loan, future homeowners contribute their own “sweat equity” in the form of financial and home management education and hands-on building.
